Jetzt hab ich auch eine / One for myself

Ich werde sie zwar nicht mehr allzu lange tragen können, trotzdem konnte ich es nicht lassen und musste mir auch so eine Bommelmütze stricken. 

It's true, I will most likely not be able to wear it for long now, however I could not resist knitting a pompom hat for myself.

Aber so langsam mag ich die dunklen Farben nicht mehr sehen. Ich habe  Lust auf helle und frohe Farben. Mal sehen, was mein erstes Frühlingprojekt wird.

I think I have seen enough of the dark colors now. I am ready for bright and joyful colors. Let's see what I will choose as my first spring project.

Angeregt durch das Januar/Februar Buchthema "ein Buch, in dessen Titel eine Farbe vorkommt" von Die lesende Minderheit habe ich die Rubinrot-Saphirblau-Smaragdgrün-Trilogie von Kerstin Gier gelesen und so viel Spaß gehabt. Spannend, humorvoll und romantisch vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Eine Geschichte für alle Jungen und Junggebliebenen.

Encouraged by the January/February motto of Die lesende Minderheit to read a book whose title has a color in it, I read the Rubinrot-Saphirblau-Smaragdgrün-Trilogy by Kerstin Gier. And I had so much fun. Exciting, funny and romantic from beginning to end. A book for the young and the young at heart.

Im Strickfieber ... Knitting Fever

Diese Mützen mit Pelsbommel sind diesen Winter der letzte Schrei in Norwegen. Im Geschäft völlig überteuert, aber selbstgemacht durchaus erschwinglich. Da der Wolleladen Tjorven in Oslo freundlicherweise eine Strickanleitung ins Netz gestellt hat, habe ich für meine beiden Töchter welche zum Geburtstag gestrickt. Meine eigene befindet sich momentan in Arbeit ...
